Supreme Court of the United States The Jesus industry sponsors of California Proposition H8 did not prevail today when the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that California Proposition H8 is, like totally, unconstitutional.

It may be that the next stop will be the Supreme Court of the United States, in which case it should also be the last stop.
