US Military Now Discussed in Business Section

In an extreme perversion of the meaning of Memorial Day, the New York Times reported in their Memorial Day edition that the US military is trying to reduce press coverage of those killed in our immoral imperialist invasion based on a pack of lies. The article, which discusses marketing and brand name issues, appears in the Media and Advertising sub-section of the Business pages in the New York Times.

America, you are now totally and completely fucked. Even now there are marketing studies and brand name research being done to support the selling of our next war of naked imperialist aggression. Marketing executives who wear three piece suits and drive BMWs are trying to decide which types of propaganda and lies will work best.

As long as our media continue to sugar coat the casualties of war, and as long as they conspire with oil baron administrations to sell new wars to a naive public that would rather watch American Idol than consider the impact of dropping bombs on cities far way, this country will continue its downward spiral into fascism.

It is good to pay homage to those who are brave enough and unselfish enough to put their lives on the line for what they believe, they are indeed heroes and worthy of our respect and gratitude. But the death of a soldier is incidental to their function, it is an undesired and undesirable side effect. The function of military personnel is to kill foreigners on behalf of the God/State. We need to keep that in mind.

It is this killing that contributes to most of the deaths in a war. It is not pretty, and anyone that tries to sell you a new war should be sent to Guantanamo for a very long vacation. People that try to sugar coat war for a living are doing a great disservice to their nation and their planet. Advocating war or glorifying the acts of war should be treated in the same way as other forms of criminal and sociopathic behavior. Accurate reporting of the effects of war are a pre-requisite for achieving peace, but the US Military is in the business of war, nothing threatens that industry more than peace or rumors of peace.

It is no wonder that the US Military Industry is anxious to continue treating our imperialist wars as if they were some sort of a Disney film. It's good for business.

Is Darth Cheney Planning War With Iran

An article by Justin Raimondo at AntiWar.com suggests that evil warlord and millionaire war profiteer Darth Cheney may be working on a plan B in case his little stooge, Our Glorious Christian Leader, continues to balk at the idea of war with Iran.

As a leading force in the warmongering neocon coalition Cheney wants to continue paving the Middle East with their thoroughly discredited Democracy at the point of a gun philosophy. He does not seem to care whether the people want an end to the pointless killing in the Middle East, as long as companies like Halliburton and Exxon/Mobil keep making obscene profits, Darth Cheney is a happy demon. It is clear that the neocons consider the people of the USA as little more than a source of cannon fodder for their profit making imperialist adventures.

With Our Glorious Christian Leader reluctant to proceed against Iran, Justin Raimondo wonders if Darth will enter into a new conspiracy to promote an attack on Iran by the Israelis.

As long as the end result is more death, more destruction, and more survivors motivated to become terr'ists, Cheney and his evil gang of neocon thugs will be happy with the continued profits made by their bloodsucking corporate pals.

4 Years Ago Today: Mission Accomplished

Four years ago today Our Glorious Christian Leader landed on an aircraft carrier safely parked off the California coast, and with a giant banner declaring "Mission Accomplished" behind him, he declared that major conflict had ended, and our imperialist invading forces, acting on a pack of lies, had won the war. According to our Faith-Based Leader, nothing was left except the mopping up, and of course finding those ten thousand carefully hidden Weapons of Mass Deception, er, Destruction.

Not much later the White House department of Faith-Based Historical Adjustment, the folks who make up slogans like "We have always been at war with Eurasia", did a wee bit of editing of Our Glorious Christian Leader's speech that he bravely made off the coast of California.

I'm sure the 3,000 US Soldiers and the several hundred thousand Iraqis who have died since Our Glorious Christian Leader's victory speech were glad to know that their deaths were not in vain, since large American corporations continue to make huge profits on the war against an abstract noun. And there is no danger of terror surrendering and ending the party, since abstract nouns can't surrender and our imperialism inspires more acts against us every day.

During this war it has become apparent that there is no level of atrocity the US government might commit in foreign countries that is so extreme it would cause the citizens to require the resignation of our leaders. At least, not as long as cable TV prices don't go up again.

Mission Accomplished, America is now addicted to war.

Oxford Think Tank Finds US and UK Promoting Terr’ism

The Oxford Research Group has released a study which finds what is obviously true, the US and UK invasion of Iraq based on a pack of lies has done more to promote terr'ism than to stop it. Our first reaction was to say "Well DUH!"

Fighting terr'ism is the fourth or fifth lie that has been used to justify the invasion, first it was nukular weapons made with yellow cake lies, then it was WMD (we know exactly where they are), then it was Saddam is torturing people (the height of irony), then it was to liberate the people (from the yoke of local government). As each lie has been demonstrated to be a complete fabrication with no basis in fact whatsoever, the warmongers have produced new lies along with claims that the most current lie is really, really the reason and no kidding this time.

As each new lie comes along, the previous lie is vehemently denied. Despite the fact that the lies have been well documented, the liars continue to deny their lies, and the lies keep shifting with the tides. Of course you can only impeach a President for lying about a blow job. Lies that result in hundreds of thousands of deaths and dismemberments are OK if they are told to generate corporate revenue.

Any day now we expect to hear about headlines on Fox News to the effect that the gummint could not tell us for fear of panic in the streets, but really we had to invade Iraq because Saddam bin Laden was planning an invasion with help from his Martian allies. Maybe the Martian spaceships were used to get all of the WMDs out of Iraq just as our troops rolled in.

Would it be possible to fight a war on chilly? Not the nation Chile, the sensation of being too cold. If we were to start a war on chilly, how could chilly surrender thus allowing the war to end?

The War on Terror is really a War on Terra, the planet. Because as Iraq has clearly demonstrated military might can not be used to stop terr'ism. In order to stop the terr'ism with our current techniques we would have to kill the whole planet - thus the name War on Terra.

It has been demonstrated that when a far-away nation invades a country based on a pack of lies and kills thousands and thousands of people who had the nerve to stay in their own country, the survivors are not always universally grateful. Indeed, 100% of the terr'ism in Iraq today is caused by the US and UK invasion. Invading more will make it worse. Sending more soldiers will make it worse. Killing more locals will make it worse. Continuing the lies about why we invaded in the first place will make it worse. Peace, oddly enough, often results in a diminished level of violence. Who knew?

Dems Want Co-Conspirator Rice to Eat Her Yellow Cake Lies

Representative Henry Waxman (D-CA) is the powerful chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform committee. He wants Co-Conspirator Rice to testify on the record about what she knew about the Nigerian yellow cake uranium ore scam, and when it was that she knew it.

The current US Secretary of State was among the most important liars participating in the international war crime of conspiring to start a war of aggression. As such she participated in the meetings in which Paul Wolfowitz has stated that the WMD lies were chosen as the best way to deceive the public into supporting Our Glorious Christian Leader's Crusade. It was because of her stellar performance in repeating the same lies verbatim that she was given the honorary title of Co-Conspirator to replace her first name. During the active phase of selling the war to the American Sheeple Co-Conspirator Rice served as National Security Advisor. She played a crucial role in pretending that Iraq posed some sort of nebulous threat to the US, possibly involving 3 pound model airplanes with a 38 inch wingspan, each armed with two dozen nukular weapons, and controlled remotely by Saddam Bin Laden from Al Qaeda headquarters in Baghdad. I think those were the details.

The lies about Saddam buying uranium ore called yellow cake from Nigeria were completely fictitious and among the all time favorite lies of the chief conspirators, especially Darth Cheney. These lies were a key component of the mass hysteria whipped up by such Party of Jesus operatives as Co-Conpirator Rice, Paul "Wolf in Wolfs Clothing" Wolfowitz, Fox News, and the Idiot in Chief himself.

We appreciate the efforts of Congressman Waxman to introduce the slightest trace of accountability to the death games played in Washington DC. It's a shame that nothing will ever come of it. It's a shame that the clear violations of Article 6 of the Geneva Conventions will never be brought to a war crimes trial. And it's a shame that the first black woman to serve as US Secretary of State is also responsible as a Co-Conspirator for causing hundreds of thousands of needless deaths.

Darth Cheney Continues His Money Making Lies

Darth Cheney, who profited directly from the invasion of Iraq through his 10 million dollars in Halliburton stock options and his one million dollar per year "severance" package, continues to this day with the intentional deceits he originally designed to sell this illegal war to the world.

Darth is especially fond of his lies to the effect that the Iraqi regime was supporting Al Quaeda before the illegal invasion that has lined his pockets and those of his Party of Jesus pals. Speaking on the radio program, of Rush Limblob, Darth reiterated verbatim his oft-told fiction that is the last stand among the many lies he developed and propagated. He no longer peddles the yellow cake lies (he still has his yellow cake, but we wish he would eat it), he has long given up on the WMD lies, and the laughable claims of Iraqi remote controlled model airplanes never cut it with any but those most seriously afflicted with Party of Jesus faith.

But he does continue the lie that Zarqawi the terr'ist was an Al Qaeda agent before the imperialist invasion. He was not. It was the wrongful, illegal, and imperialist invasion of Iraq that Darth Cheney planned and nurtured which drove Zarqawi to join Al Qaeda.

Darth Cheney is the worst of all of the traitors in Washington today. He is the one that should be impeached, arrested, tried, convicted, and sentenced to life in prison first. Then we can deal with minor shrubbery and the related nuisances.

US Interrogator Says He Tortured For No Reason in Iraq

A patriotic US citizen named Tony Lagouranis has been speaking out about the widespread practice of torturing prisoners of war in Iraq, admitting that he conducted torture sessions with the blessings of Alberto "Torture Time" Gonzales legal opinions that claimed Our Glorious Christian Leader is entitled to authorize torture.

Serving in both the notorious Abu Ghraib prison as well as at Al Asad Airfield, Lagouranis, who is now working as a bouncer at a Chicago bar, says that the practices used by US forces are in fact torture despite the pretend justification from America's most infamous attorney. Among the techniques he freely admits are used by US Forces are:

• Intimidation with military dogs
• waterboarding, a personal favorite of Darth Cheney
• prolonged stress positions
• shackling prisoners to an upright bed frame attached to a wall
• anal insertion of "thermometers"

Meanwhile, back in the US, Republican-controlled Fox TV was glorifying the illegal and immoral practice of torturing people on the pure propaganda TV series 24.

This pro-torture propagandizing of the American sheeple has not escaped the critical attention of foreign media outlets that are not controlled by US corporations, as is evidenced in Australia, Italy, Malaysia, France, South Africa, and Canada.

Have you heard about this story on Fox News? We did not think so. We first saw the story on UnFox News - it's not a propaganda arm of the Republican Party.

Darth Cheney Claims US House Does Not Support Troops

A majority of the Representatives in the US House have voted to save the lives of at least some of our troops in Iraq by bringing them home so that they will not be killed needlessly by IEDs or snipers. In a pattern consistent with his 7 years of telling lies for huge war profits, Darth Cheney has claimed that this effort shows the House does not support our troops.

Darth would like his corporate warmonger cronies at Halliburton to keep making money hand over fist. To do that, Darth needs to keep our troops there as long as possible. This means that more of them will be killed. Darth claims that his warmongering policies based on greed and a pack of lies are the patriotic way to support our troops. I've got a bridge for sale.

If Darth were really patriotic, he'd fly to The Hague and turn himself in for crimes against humanity. That is the only thing the Vice War Criminal can do now to reduce the great harm he has already done to his own country, the people of Iraq, and the whole civilized world to which he has brought so much more terr'ism.

Just to recap the Darth Cheney big lie of the week: bringing our troops home so they do not die equals not supporting our troops; on the other hand keeping our troops there so that more of them die for nothing at all demonstrates support for our troops.

Sorry Darth, you can't fool all of the people all of the time, just the 35% that are not calling for your impeachment YET. You're living high on the hog now, Darth, but change rules the universe. You'll get yours, and many people will be glad you did.

Liberated Not So Fond of Liberators

Four years after a gang of international war criminals made huge profits by invading Iraq based on a pack of lies, killing over a hundred thousand people; the survivors are not terribly fond of their liberators, as a recent poll of Iraqi citizens not killed yet reveals. The BBC has published the results of a poll [PDF] commissioned by a group of news organizations.

The poll finds, among other things, that US citizens are not the only people gradually realizing that the war was based on lies, deceit, and imperialist ambitions. The belief that the US-led coalition was wrong to have invaded Iraq in 2003 has steadily increased since 2004. Only 2% of Sunnis questioned believed it was absolutely or somewhat right to have invaded, while 78% said it was absolutely wrong. Imagine a country being invaded and not being thrilled about it. Who knew?

A huge majority report having witnessed unnecessary violence against civilians by the US "liberators" in their own neighborhood. A majority also feels that the execution of the previous overlord, Saddam Hussein, was ill advised. The survey did not ask respondents if they thought Our Glorious Christian Leader should be punished for his war crimes or the lies he used to justify them.

Those interviewed were not asked if they had been personally tortured by US or British forces.

A clear majority rated their personal security, job availability, electricity reliability, water supply, and freedom to live where they choose as being worse since the country was "liberated" from the yoke of local rule by people that actually lived there.
