Preacher Who Advocated Murder of Homos Loses Again in Court

A Jeebus-loving professional hatemonger preacher has had the appeal of his lawsuit turned down as frivolous by the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. The Rev. Grant Storms of New Orleans sued Action Wisconsin after it excerpted a 2003 speech he made in Milwaukee on "homo-fascism" in the city, which the group said revealed his advocating the murder of gays. In his homophobic hate filled Christian tirade the preacher had made noises like gunfire while talking about shooting homosexual persons, no doubt in order to spread The Good News.

In addition to losing the case, the preacher who advocated cold-blooded murder was also forced to pay the court costs of the gay group he sued in the original case, the first appeal, and the supreme court appeal, his legal bills now amount to $120,000 and he still does not have one dead homo for his trophy room.

According to court records:

Timothy O'Brien, president of the Madison-based Action Wisconsin, became concerned when he learned the nature of the comments made and that state Sen. Tom Reynolds (R-West Allis) had attended the conference. O'Brien said he purchased tapes of the speeches from the church group's Web site.

O'Brien said in a press release that Storms' comments advocated the murder of gays, something Storms denied.

Storms, who hosts a talk show on a New Orleans radio station, considers himself a Christian activist and has protested what he calls "the homosexual agenda." And now, according to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, he's a loser too.

Ohio Republican Possibly More Batshit Crazy than Sally Kern

An Ohio Party of Jesus legislator may be trying to steal the Batshit Crazy Tiara from famous Oklahoma lunatic Sally Kern.

When someone pushed his crazy response button by mentioning a bill pending in the Ohio legislature that would outlaw discrimination in housing and employment against gays and lesbians, Wagner responded with a typical Fundamentalist Disorder psychotic rant.

“[T]his is a dangerous and misguided bill. The bill is not really about people being denied rights to basic needs, but it is about promoting acceptance of an immoral lifestyle. As much as some people would have us to believe otherwise, this country was founded on Christian principles. One of those long honored principles is the tradition of holy matrimony. One man and one woman joined together in a union that goes as far back as Adam and Eve. As our society has gotten further from that standard (not just homosexuality, but easy divorce, cheating on a spouse, etc.) we see a continued collapse of the basic building block of society the family unit. As that traditional family erodes, we see more sexually transmitted diseases, kids without parents, heartbroken people and I believe a host of mental and physical illnesses. . . . rest assured I can not support a bill in any way promotes or encourages the homosexual lifestyle.”

So apparently this bill, which outlaws denying employment or shelter to people just because they are gay or lesbian, is not about denying employment or shelter to people just because they are gay or lesbian. It must be about promoting divorce, distributing STDs, the Founding Fathers of our great nation, and adultery (which in Ohio is strictly a heterosexual sin, teh geys can not get teh matrimony). Gays are clearly responsible for all of the problems of modern society, including Representative Wagner's mental illness.

It is interesting to note that 100% of the batshit crazy legislators who have a magic button used to produce a psychotic rant, 100% of these loonies are members of the Party of Jesus.

When the Republican Party accepted the marriage proposal, years ago, from the most rabidly right-wing Fundamentalist nutters, they brought insanity into the Party of Jesus candidate gene pool.

As more and more crazy Fundamentalist nutters compete with the likes of Sally Kern, more and more sane human beings are driven away from the Party of Jesus. It seems as if, in the long run, Democracy may win out by giving larger megaphones to the crazy nutters that seek to sow hatred and bigotry into the fabric of our lives. This one is certainly, undeniably a nutter!

Fairy Tale Based Bigotry Poised To Take Another Hit in California

Based on the questions asked by the Justices of the California Supreme Court, it looks like some whining crybaby homophobic Christian bigot doctors in San Diego may soon have to wipe the intolerant smirks off their bigoted faces.

It seems that Jeebus wanted these doctors to marginalize, insult, and deny medical services to a lesbian couple who were seeking medical care available to any Christian. In order to justify their bigotry against gay and lesbian couples these doctors, who are obviously Republicans, rolled out the standard 2,000 year old fairy-tale based American Fundamentalist religious persecution claim. Yawn.

The California Supreme Court, which has had 6 of its 7 judges appointed by Republicans, has recently had it up to here with Jeebus-brand homophobic bigotry. It is starting to show. In this way the honorable justices clearly reflect the attitude of the good citizens of California.

The plaintiffs in this case are a lesbian couple who sought fertility treatment from doctors who refused to provide them with the medical care they sought simply because the doctors are bigoted Christian assholes. Of course they trotted out the 2,000 year old corpse of their Imaginary Bearded Sky Daddy to justify this crime. But it seems that the court does not wish to hear about their completely baseless superstitions.

One Supreme Court Justice, the honorable Carol A. Corrigan, pointed out that these bigots were running a business, noting that if they did not wish to perform certain procedures they could go into some other line of work. It is interesting to note that Justice Corrigan was one of the minority on the California Supreme Court who recently voted against the instantly infamous gay marriage ruling. Maybe these doctors would be more comfortable spewing their bigotry and intolerance on some unwatched UHF channel as professional TV evangelist morons.

Under existing California law it is not OK to deny public accommodations to any citizen simply because of their sexual orientation. Ancient superstitions do not trump the law. Fervently held intolerant views based on false assumptions and oft-repeated lies do not trump the law.

If the physicians in this case find that the laws in the state of California are too oppressive against their precious intolerance, they might enjoy living somewhere else, for example in a place where religious delusions do trump the law. Iran comes to mind. Or Somalia.

American Fundamentalists don't seem to have realized yet that the tide of human progress has now turned completely and finally against them, as the 21st century moves away from the intolerance and hatred that forms the core of all Fundamentalist delusions. As they continue in their attempts to marginalize and demonize innocent gay and lesbian citizens, they serve only to make fools and laughing stock of themselves. Everybody can see through their bigotry and deceptions. Nobody is fooled, including as of yesterday one of the most staunchly conservative and pro-Republican justices on our California Supreme Court.

Nobody is persecuting these fools, if they do not wish to practice medicine they are free to stand on street corners in raggedy old clothes loudly mouthing their spiteful bible verses a la schizophrenia. But if they want to run a business that is open to the public in the state of California, they must provide equal treatment to all citizens. It's the law.

New York State Moves Toward Destroying Sanctity of Bigotry

New York State Governor David Paterson has ordered state agencies to prepare to honor gay marriages that have been performed in other jurisdictions, such as the states of California and Massachusetts, as well as the Great White North of Canada.

This order deals yet another body blow to the Sanctity of Bigotry. Who the heck will Fundamentalists be holier than once gay marriage is universally recognized? It's getting more and more difficult to be a hate mongering liar who campaigns against equal rights for gay people. But the Fundamentalists continue their campaigns for Special Rights they want to limit only to people like them.

Will New York or New Jersey be the next state to level the playing field for all loving couples? It won't be very long now.

Poor little Fundies, must go hide in corner and cry.

Sanctity of Bigotry Takes Another Hit in Court

May has been a very difficult month for the Sanctity of Bigotry, with the California Supreme Court hobbling the efforts of Fundamentalist Christians to control who loves who as the first defeat for pious and self-righteous hatred and intolerance.

Now the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals has dealt another blow to the Sanctity of Bigotry by ruling that the Armed Forces may even be forced to tolerate the existence of homosexuals.

Judge Ronald Gould said that "the Air Force attempts to justify the ('don't ask, don't tell') policy by relying on congressional findings regarding 'unit cohesion' and the like, but that does not go to whether the application of (the policy) specifically to Maj. Witt significantly furthers the government's interest."

What is a poor bigot to do these days? If this kind of stuff keeps up how will the poor Party of Jesus candidates ever win any elections? Let's face it, God hates equal rights.

Fags Score Major Victory over Jesus in California

Militant atheist fags all around the planet are celebrating a gigantic humiliation for Jesus H Christ! On Thursday May 15th the California Supreme Court ruled in the case of Jesus vs Fags and Dykes. As pundits had predicted, California has become the second state in the union to legalize gay marriage. Take that Jesus, take the whole damn thing, Bitch!

Proving once again that Jesus is a mamby-pamby little sissy boy that can't even cast fire and brimstone on one little courthouse, the poor little carpenter's Son ran home to his Virgin Mommy, crying like a schoolboy that just got beat up. What a fucking loser!

Spanish Woman Poses Nude To Embarrass Mean Uncle Cardinal

A Spanish mother of two, whose uncle is a neo-fascist Catholic Cardinal pig and friend of the Rat in a Hat, was slighted when her uncle ignored the deaths of both of her parents, refusing to attend their funerals and even offering a bald faced lie as an excuse. Perhaps the parents were not hate-mongering homophobic liars, and Cardinal Antonio María Rouco Varela did not like them for thinking independent thoughts. So she did a photoshoot for a Spanish soft porn magazine, Interviú, just to piss off Uncle Asshole. Ha ha!

Magdalena Rouco Hernández stripped off to embarrass her uncle, who is head of the Spanish Episcopal Conference and also a friend of Pope Benedict XVI [ed: Rat in a Hat].

The mother-of-two posed topless on eight pages of Interviú magazine, whose curious formula consists of generous helpings of female flesh combined with serious investigations.

The 27-year-old, who went to mass every day as a girl, said she chose to do the photoshoot to expose her uncle's "hypocrisy" following her father's death. "My uncle never tires of repeating that the family is sacred and that you have to respect it. But then he does not respect it and abandons his own," she said.

"When my father died, [Rouco] did not come to the funeral, didn't send flowers or tell my mother of his sorrow. He told us he had a meeting with Pope John Paul II, but it was not true.

Who has Family Values? Is it the daughter who loved her parents dearly and later posed in a risque fashion, or is it the Family Values Cardinal who does not even give a shit about his own family.

The Cardinal loves to spread lies and hatred, he is after all a Catholic Cardinal, so he says idiotic things like "gay marriage is the worst disaster in 200 years". No doubt because of the millions of deaths in Spain since gay marriage became legal. Altar boys know that the more a priest complains about homosexuals, the more dresses he has in his closet. I bet the Spanish altar boys don't ever let him get them alone in a corner.

One thing I really do admire very much about Spanish culture is that they do not tolerate fascist pig religious leaders messing with their government. They have learned from experience.

Australian Gay Couple Defeats Religious Bigots in Court

An Australian gay couple have defeated Jesus. A God hates fags Christian foster care agency lost in court. Take that Jesus, take the whole thing.

Despite the fact that NSW law already permits foster care by gay couples, the bigots for Jesus at the Uniting Church refused to consider the application by the couple because of the fact that they are gay. The Jebus-based bigots claimed in court that they should be allowed to be narrow minded bigoted assholes because their interpretation of their stupid religion suggested to them that bigotry is holy and tolerance and acceptance of others is evil. Yup, that's Christianity, certainly one of the 10,000 stupidest dumbass religions ever invented. Not that other religions are not stupid too, it's just that Christianity is so excellent at claiming to be nice while being very, very nasty.

So, once again the all powerful creator of the universe turns up as a loser in court, a place where only facts matter. Take that, Jesus!

Representative Sally Kern (PoJ-OK) seems to have a new website that carries her name. Sally Kern is an Oklahoma State Representative in the Party of Jesus. She hit the news recently when a speech she gave to a group of Party of Jesus faithful was uploaded to the intarweb tubes without her knowledge. The worst part is that they used her own words to make it look like she had said the things she really said. This is just typical of the reality based tactics of the Liberal Media New York Homosexual Conspiracy Press!

Direct from Vatican City, "Pope Benedict XVI said in a statement Tuesday that abortion, birth control and same-sex marriage are threats to world peace, on the same level as nuclear arms proliferation, environmental pollution and economic inequality." Nazi Ratzi did not indicate if raping altar boys was a threat to world peace, but we do know it is a threat to his income.

What a dumbass mean bastard of a mother fucking son of a bitch. Two guys get married and nukular war breaks out? I don't exactly think so. Maybe it is about time for Nazi Ratzi to crawl back under his rock.
