British Officer Calls Vietraq War Illegal, Immoral, Unwinnable

British military officers are speaking out in public against the imperialist invasion of Iraq that was based on a pack of lies. While the officer involved accurately says that the war is illegal, immoral and unwinnable, he forgets to mention what a big hit it is with Fundamentalist Christians.

True, it was based on a pack of lies. Yes, it is a clear violation of the Nuremberg Principles and international law. Certainly killing hundreds of thousands of people is as immoral as any other crime against humanity. But at least Fundamentalist Christians support the ongoing slaughter as championed by Our Glorious Christian Leader.

It seems that as long as Our Glorious Christian Leader continues to pretend to be a Christian, the 28% of Americans that do not profess complete disgust with him will continue to be hoodwinked and fooled and just love every minute of it too.

Of course the other 72% of Americans have woken up from their five year nap and noticed that claims of Mission Accomplished were nothing more than media-propagated propaganda.

And some Americans seem to disapprove of the ongoing futility of pointless slaughter that benefits corporations like Halliburton and Exxon/Mobil but brings only harm to human beings.

Fortunately we can count on the Demoncratic Party to do everything they possibly can to seem to be opposed to the ongoing US corporate rape of Iraq.

And there are plenty of US military officers who feel the same way as this outspoken British officer, plenty of them.

Stay the course.

The Assault on Reason: Our Glorious Christian Leader

Al Gore, the man who won the US Presidential election in November 2000, has finally let loose against Our Glorious Christian Leader, and justifiably he has fired using both barrels.

In his new book The Assault on Reason Gore describes the great harm that has been done to America and the rest of the world by the gang of Neocon Fundamentalist thugs that stole the election 7 years ago.

While he does not explicitly call for the impeachment and prosecution of Our Glorious Christian Leader, Gore does lay out a list of the crimes committed by OGLC and Darth Cheney.

It looks like a wonderful addition to any collection of reality-based reading material. And please remember, Just say NO to Imaginary Bearded Sky Daddies and their self-appointed representatives in Washington!

Dems Want Co-Conspirator Rice to Eat Her Yellow Cake Lies

Representative Henry Waxman (D-CA) is the powerful chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform committee. He wants Co-Conspirator Rice to testify on the record about what she knew about the Nigerian yellow cake uranium ore scam, and when it was that she knew it.

The current US Secretary of State was among the most important liars participating in the international war crime of conspiring to start a war of aggression. As such she participated in the meetings in which Paul Wolfowitz has stated that the WMD lies were chosen as the best way to deceive the public into supporting Our Glorious Christian Leader’s Crusade. It was because of her stellar performance in repeating the same lies verbatim that she was given the honorary title of Co-Conspirator to replace her first name. During the active phase of selling the war to the American Sheeple Co-Conspirator Rice served as National Security Advisor. She played a crucial role in pretending that Iraq posed some sort of nebulous threat to the US, possibly involving 3 pound model airplanes with a 38 inch wingspan, each armed with two dozen nukular weapons, and controlled remotely by Saddam Bin Laden from Al Qaeda headquarters in Baghdad. I think those were the details.

The lies about Saddam buying uranium ore called yellow cake from Nigeria were completely fictitious and among the all time favorite lies of the chief conspirators, especially Darth Cheney. These lies were a key component of the mass hysteria whipped up by such Party of Jesus operatives as Co-Conpirator Rice, Paul “Wolf in Wolfs Clothing” Wolfowitz, Fox News, and the Idiot in Chief himself.

We appreciate the efforts of Congressman Waxman to introduce the slightest trace of accountability to the death games played in Washington DC. It’s a shame that nothing will ever come of it. It’s a shame that the clear violations of Article 6 of the Geneva Conventions will never be brought to a war crimes trial. And it’s a shame that the first black woman to serve as US Secretary of State is also responsible as a Co-Conspirator for causing hundreds of thousands of needless deaths.

Senator Dodd Asks “What if Your Child Were Gay?”

US Senator Chris Dodd (D-CT), a long-shot Presidential candidate hopeful, went on record as opposing anti-gay bigotry while addressing high school students in Concord NH. Senator Dodd asked his audience “What would you do if your child were gay?”

The senator, in a radical departure from all other Presidential hopefuls, went beyond simply saying it is rude to beat gays and lesbians, and stated flat-out his belief that gay and lesbian persons should be treated equally under the law. “We ought to be able to have these loving relationships,” the Connecticut senator said.

Dodd, the father of 2-year-old and 5-year-old girls, said his daughters could grow up to be lesbians and that he hopes they would have the opportunity to enjoy marriage-like rights.

“They may grow up as a different sexual orientation than their parents,” he said. “How would I want my child to be treated if they were of a different sexual orientation?”

It is well known that today’s wonderful young people are far less likely to spew hatred and bigotry toward gays and lesbians. Polls consistently show a majority of under 25 year olds support equal rights. To some extent the Senator may have been tailoring his message to his audience, but we welcome his words in support of human rights instead of religious bigotry.

We were honestly amazed to hear a member of the Congress talk sense about civil rights, pleased, very pleased, but surprised as well.
