Ironically it was Scott McClellan, paid White House weaver of tall tales, who got the job today of conceding to the truth that was perfectly obvious 6 months before we invaded Iraq. This was Scott "we know exactly where they are" McClellan. Scott "imminent threat" McClellan. Scott "lie to your face with a smile" McClellan. How much it must have hurt him to be tasked, for once, with telling the truth.
I was beginning to think that Mr McClellan would have to be sent to Abu Ghraib or Guantanamo for a 3 year stint before he would agree to tell the truth.
There never were any Weapons of Mass Destruction, but there was a huge conspiracy to lie about them.
So, did Action News report this admission as the lead story on your TV tonight?
Did the New York Times run a front page banner headline "Bush admits it was all a lie?"
Do you ever get tired of the lies?
Are we getting ready to lie about Iran next, or will Syria be the first of our 4 More Wars?
